Incorrect Addresses

EJ’s Universal Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
