Use the email address you used at checkout, then select your order to see its details and available shipment tracking.

Use your order email

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from EJ's Universal Store and select the order-status or tracking link. If prompted, sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Tracking not available yet?

If your order has not shipped or tracking has not been added, a tracking link may not be available yet. Once available, use the carrier link in your shipping email or order details for shipment updates. Items sent separately may have separate tracking links.

Need help?

Check your spam or junk folder for your order emails. If you still need help, email ejsuniversalstore@gmail.com with your order number. Never send your password or payment card details.
